The size of the offering was increased by $25 million from the previously announced offering size of $225 million. In connection with the offering of the Notes, Teladoc granted the initial purchasers of the Notes an option to purchase up to an additional $37.5 million aggregate principal amount of Notes on the same terms and conditions solely to cover over-allotments.
